Pure decadence.
That’s what this hot chocolate is!
You’d never guess it was friendly to your waistline, but it is! This favorite Winter drink is a rich THM S. It’s also gluten-free, and Keto compatible.
Personally, I don’t care for the taste of canned coconut milk on its own, but I used it in this recipe!
The coconut flavor is completely undetectable, masked completely by high-quality cocoa powder. It lends a wonderful smooth, silky consistency to the hot chocolate, that I guarantee you’ll love even if you’re not normally a coconut fan!
If you don’t have Gentle Sweet on hand, you could also use a 1/4 cup of xylitol or Lakanto’s Classic Monkfruit Sugar Substitute, or 1 Tbsp of Super Sweet instead.
If you’re not in the mood for something chocolate-y, I’ve got another suggestion for ya!
You’ve got to try this Butter Caramel Hot Sip, also a THM S!
It’s equally warm and velvety, but posses no caffeine. A wonderfully sweet night time treat!
You can get the recipe here.
Here’s the recipe for that hot chocolate!
It serves 4, so halve the recipe if it’s date night, and double it if your family is the same size as ours!
The flavor of the coconut milk is undetectable in this hot chocolate, but it provides an amazing consistency and smoothness to this decadent Winter drink. A THM S. You can sub coffee for the water in this recipe and make a Mocha instead!Decadent Hot Chocolate | THM: S

Have you ever tried this with Almond Milk?
This was very good. However, your recipe as written, only results in 16oz total. If it serves 4 as you’ve stated, each serving is 4oz. Is that correct? I would think this recipe is more in line with 2 servings. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
